What to bring to the first message.

Four things make a quote fast and accurate. Missing one? Send the rest; we’ll ask nicely.

  1. The addressSo we can look up the adopted code and your building department’s submittal checklist.
  2. A sketch, however roughNapkins accepted. Coffee rings add character and, regrettably, scale error.
  3. Photos from each cornerBlurry is fine. Fiction is not.
  4. Your deadlinePermit window, bank draw, or a crew showing up Monday. It decides the order we draw in.

Type it out

We’ll come back with a fixed quote, invoiced per project.
